Bestselling local cookbook Signature Tastes of Spokane teams up with local chefs and The Kitchen Engine for
a free cooking demonstration and fundraiser benefiting Second Harvest! 
Join chefs from local restaurants at The Kitchen Engine (621 W. Mallon Ave.) for a cooking demonstration where the chefs will prepare recipes featured in the bestselling local cookbook Signature Tastes of Spokane by Steven W. Siler and Nicole L. Manganaro. This event is a fundraiser which will benefit Second Harvest Inland Northwest and it is free and open to the public—simply bring non-perishable food items* to donate or make a cash donation in any denomination you choose.

Chef Schedule:
12:00-12:45 pm: Chef Nicholas Marinovich of Huckleberry’s 9th Street Bistro prepares White Cheddar Crab Bisque
1:00-1:45 pm: Chef Bob Rogers of Masselow’s prepares Carnaroli Seared Scallops with Lemon Roasted Cauliflower Sauce
2:00-2:45 pm: Baker/Owner Deserae Cohrs of Maple Street Bistro prepares Huckleberry Scones 
3:00-3:45 pm: Chefs/Owners Erin Rauth and Marsha Loiacono of The Flying Pig prepare Biscuits with Sausage Gravy
4:00-4:30 pm: Susan Davis, Owner of Chocolate Apothecary prepares Citrus-Laced Hot Chocolate
